A Refreshing New Way of Making "Gala"

A group of young individuals had redefined the norms of a typical barkada outing.

Founding Sanggala in June 2014, the name of the group which means isang gala, saan ang gala or the expression pusang gala led them to plan mountain climbing trips while conducting outreach missions in Batangas and Laguna.

On September 27, they will have their 3rd Outreach Program for the Year 2015. The chosen beneficiaries are the 144 households who mostly rely on farming in Brgy. Camachile, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija.

Sanggala would like to invite kind individuals and groups to take of part of the event by signing up as a member or by donating in either cash or in-kind. According to he Municipal Coordinator, Mr. Chito dela Cruz, grocery packages such as rice, canned goods, noodles, soap, medicine are the primary needs of the community. 2. Traveling is my passion. Traveling with a cause is (I gues) my mission. Doing humanitarian services or outreach program is one of the things I really want to do once our blog has established its positioning in the internet world. Because reaching less fortunate people with your helping hand is heart-pounding. Seeing their smiles, their happiness, and their joy is everything, I mean it is like a very meaningful action for the people who are in need.
